Application to Participate

1. Participation applications will be taken into consideration solely when the company submits an email request to the conference secretariat (wsca2023@doe.iitm.ac.in), along with a cover letter on the company letterhead.
   (*Electronic versions of the cover letter are also acceptable)

Withdrawal/Cancellation

1. Cancellations are to be made in writing (on company’s letterhead) and sent to the conference secretariat
2. If withdrawn/cancelled before 1 month of the event, Amount paid will be refunded after deducting 20 percent and associated taxes of the total sponsorship after which there will be no entitlement for any refund.

Important Notice

1. Sponsorship/Exhibition confirmed as NON TRANSFERABLE
2. Space will be provided on a first come first serve basis. All exhibitors/sponsors are subject to the approval of the Local Organising Committee
3. The Local Organising Committee reserves the right to change the dates of the exhibition / conference in case of unavoidable circumstances
4. The Local Organising Committee will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred for any transactions undertaken by the sponsor/exhibitor

Event Cancellation Clause

In the event of the entire exhibition/conference having to be cancelled, postponed or curtailed due to any unforeseen reason beyond the organisers’ control, including but not limited to Force Majeure Earthquake, Acts of God, Terrorism Acts, War, Strikes, Political Unrest, Pandemic, etc organisers cannot accept the liability for any claim.

WSCA 2023

The Water Security and Climate Adaptation (WSCA) events are planned to highlight the importance of sustainability in water-related topics and emphasize the need for the same to scientists, engineers, policymakers, and industries. Payment Terms

1. Please be advised that your participation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full and Sponsors/Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy their spaces/stalls and these terms cannot be varied under any circumstances
2. Our team will initiate the process along with the invoice as soon as we have evaluated the requests submitted by sponsor companies
